Nextbit Robin and Smart storage

Smart storage of Nextbit systems Robin 's bought by Razer seems to stop functioning. Though I was able to anticipate when it was bought by Razer, those who used Smart storage are angry hearts.

I have wired so far as to factory reset the phone and test with a completely different Google account to no success Is everybody else's backup still working?
