Stop Print Spooler manually

In the process of installing CubePDF, a dialog box will be displayed stating "Pause the Print Spooler service".

If it is the message operation, if you select [Yes], Print Spooler should stop, but when I started the service and confirmed it, the Print Spooler was not stopped and it was moving.

After stopping Print Spooler manually, I chose [Yes] and I continued the installation, but again a Runtime Error occurred.

Since the Microsoft .NET Framework was not displayed in the list of Windows programs and functions, we attempted to download Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 from the Microsoft download site .

However, it was an error during the installation and installation was not possible.

At this point we did not know that .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 was installed on Windows 7, so we could not understand the error message.

I could identify the cause of the error

I was worried about the phrase "Use Windows function on control panel on or off" which was written in the error message dialog, so I investigated again.

When I got to tougher with an error message as an entire search word, I encountered information leading to the identification of the error cause.

Although Windows 7 originally included .NET Framework 3.5.1, it can be enabled / disabled from the control panel.

Further examination revealed that the Windows 7 .NET Framework 3.5.1 was not listed in "Programs and Features" but installed.

Then, confirm that there is a link "Enable or disable Windows function" in "Programs and functions".

Activate Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1

By checking "Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1" from "Activating or deactivating Windows function" it was half valid.

I checked ☑ in all items and activated it.

Microsoft .NET Framework version upgrade

After activating the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 for a while, we recommend that you check it and update it to the latest version as it will list the .NET Framework related updates in the Windows Update option update .
