RIOT PlugIn is unnecessary and the file size is specified and saved

IrfanView> File> Save (Save as ...)> JPEG / GIF save options> Setfile size

IrfanView> File> Save (Save As)> JPEG / GIF Save Options> Specify File Size

RIOT PlugIn is no longer required when performing the following steps.

Set the file type to be saved to JPEG / GIF
Display JPEG / GIF save options
Specify file size

Special plug-in: IrfanView Shell Extension

By installing this plugin you can add the IrfanView function to the context menu of Windows Explorer and other file managers.
